We have a large cocoa plantation and large farms in different locations where our dedicated farmers grew and harvest our crops. We have our own local cooperative that handles everything from planting of crops to harvest and supply. We have a good storage facility from where our Cocoa beans are stored, packed in a junta bag and ready for supply.

Uses of Cocoa

Cocoa bean is used in making cocoa butter, paste and chocolate, chocolate being the main product. The cocoa beans are contained in a pulp within the pod. In some countries, the pulp is used to prepare a refreshing juice. Each seed or bean contains a significant amount of fat, say 40%- 50% as cocoa butter.

Application

As the prominent Cocoa traders in Cote d'Ivoire, our traded cocoa product is used in various things. Some of the applications are:

• Bakery- Our Cocoa powder is a suitable and friendly ingredient for making pastries, cakes, biscuits, icing, cookies, and many more chocolate flavored palatable products.
• Used as the finishing edible materials- Our offered cocoa bean or powder is used as a decorative and additional dressing agent in domestic food preparations like home-made chocolates, cakes, salad dressing, etc.
• In the chocolate Industries- The Cocoa products are the prime ingredients in the chocolate production and can be used as the good alternatives for the liquid colors in different chocolate recipes.
